Day 1 - Count Your Blessings

You'll hear people tell you to count your blessings, and when you think of the things you're grateful for, that's exactly what you do. But what you may not realize is that counting your blessings is one of the most powerful practices you can do and will magically change your entire life!

When you are grateful for what you have, no matter how small, you will immediately see it improve. If you are grateful for the money you have, no matter how small, you will see your money grow miraculously. If you're grateful for a relationship, even if it's not perfect, you'll see it magically improve. If you're grateful for the job you have, even if it's not your dream job, things will start to change, you'll have more fun, and all of a sudden you'll have all sorts of opportunities for your job.

The downside is that when we don't count our blessings, we can accidentally fall into a trap.
consider shortcomings. We count flaws when we talk about things we don't have. We count negative when we criticize or resent others, when we complain about traffic, queues, delays, government, lack of money or time. When we count the negatives, they also increase, but more importantly, with each negative we count, we erase the blessings that come. I have tried both - counting my blessings and counting my negatives - and I can assure you that counting your blessings is the only way to have abundance in your life.

First thing in the morning, or as early as possible, count your blessings. You can write your list by hand, print it out on a computer, or use a special book or magazine and keep all your gratitude in one place. Today you are making a simple list of ten blessings in your life that you are grateful for.

When Einstein retired, he thought about why he was grateful. When you think about why you are grateful for a particular thing, person, or situation, you will feel a deeper sense of gratitude. Remember that the magic of gratitude depends on the level of your feelings! Then write next to each item on your list a reason why you are grateful for it.
  • I'm really happy to have what? why why? .
  • What am I very happy and grateful for? why why? .
  • What am I really grateful for ? why why? .
  • Thank you from the bottom of my heart for what? why why? .
When you have finished listing the ten blessings, go back and read them one by one, mentally or aloud. When you reach the end of each blessing, say the magic words thank you, thank you, thank you three times and feel as much gratitude as you can for the blessing.

To help you feel more grateful, you can thank the Universe, God, Spirit, goodness, life, your higher self, or any other concept that interests you. When you focus your gratitude on something or someone, you will feel it more strongly, and your gratitude will have more power and more miracles! This is why local and ancient cultures have chosen symbols like the sun to express their gratitude. They use only physical symbols to represent the universal source of all blessings, and by focusing on these symbols, they feel more grateful.

The practice of counting your blessings is so simple and so effective that it can change your life, so I want you to keep adding ten more blessings to your list every day for the next 27 days. You might think it would be hard to find ten things you are grateful for every day, but the more you think about it, the more you realize how grateful you should be. Take a look at your life; You have so much every day. There really is a lot to be thankful for!

You can be grateful for your home, family, friends, work, and pets. You can be thankful for the sun, the water you drink, the food you eat, and the air you breathe; you cannot live without one of them. You can be grateful for trees, animals, oceans, birds, flowers, plants, blue skies, rain, stars, moon and our beautiful planet earth.

You can be grateful for your senses, your eyes that see, your ears that hear, your mouth that tastes, your nose that smells, and your skin that makes you hear. You can be thankful for the feet you put on, the hands you use for almost everything, the voice that allows you to express yourself and communicate with others. You can be thankful for your amazing immune system that keeps you healthy and all of your organs that keep your body alive so you can live. How about mastering your human mind that no computer hardware in the world can emulate?

You should feel much better and happier each time you count your blessings, and how good you feel is a measure of how grateful you are. The more grateful you are, the happier you will feel and the faster your life will change. Some days you will feel happy very quickly, other days it will take a little longer. But as you continue to count your blessings each day, you will see more and more difference in how you feel and see your blessings increase miraculously!

Your blessings

1 . First thing in the morning, make a list of ten blessings in your life that you are grateful for.
2 . Write why you are grateful for each blessing.
3 . Go back and read your list mentally or out loud. When you reach the end of each one, say the magic words thank you thank you thank you and feel the ultimate gratitude for the blessing.
4 . Repeat the first three steps of this magical exercise every morning for the next 27 days.
5 . Read the magical exercise tomorrow today.
