"Sometimes our own light goes out and is rekindled by someone else's spark. Each of us has reason to think with deep gratitude of those who kindled the flame within us.

The person may have been a teacher or coach, aunt, uncle, brother or any other family member. It could be the person who introduced you to your current partner or a specific interest that has become one of your biggest passions. Maybe it was someone you did not even know, who appeared in your life very briefly and did a random act of kindness that shook you to the core.
My grandmother instilled in me a love for books, cooking and nature. By sharing their love for these things with me, they all influenced and changed the course of my life. Cooking has been my passion for over twenty years, my love for books eventually led me to become a writer and my love for the village influenced my whole life wherever I lived.
My grandmother also disciplined me with an iron fist to thank me. At the time, I thought he was just teaching me to be polite. Only in this last period of my life did I realize that learning to say magic words was my grandmother's greatest gift. She is no longer alive, but I am eternally grateful to her for the great impact she has had on the course of my life. Thank you grandma!
Today you will think about the magical people who have influenced your life. Today, at a certain time of day, find a quiet place, sit down and think about three wonderful people who have changed your life. Once you have three people of your own, work with one person at a time, talk aloud to each one as if you were there, tell them what you are grateful for and how they have impacted the course of your life.
Be sure to do this magical practice with all three people in one session, as it will take your sense of gratitude to a much deeper level. If you spread this magical practice throughout the day, you will not feel the same depth of gratitude nor will you get magical results.
Here is an example of what you can say:
Sarah, I want to thank you for taking the time to encourage me to follow my heart. I was lost and confused that day and your words touched me and brought me out of despair. Thanks to your words I found the courage to realize my dream and left for France to work as an apprentice chef. I am living my dream and I could not be happier. All because of what you told me that day. Thank you Sarah!
It is very important to list the reasons for which you are grateful. And you can not say much. Instead, the more you say and the more you feel, the more amazing the results will be. You will see magic explode in your life as you practice; It is one of the most powerful acts of gratitude you can do.
If you can not speak aloud, you can write your words to each person and address them as if you were writing a letter.
When you complete this exercise, you will feel a big change in the way you feel. The test of the power of gratitude is always that it makes you happy first! Secondary evidence of the power of gratitude is that it attracts wonderful things. And as if all of this were not enough, the happiness you feel after practicing gratitude attracts other wonderful things that will make you even happier. It is the magic of life, it is the magic power of gratitude!

1. Count Your Blessings: Make a list of ten blessings. Write down why you are grateful. Go through your list and at the end of each blessing, say thank you, thank you, thank you and be as thankful as possible for that blessing.
Find a quiet place during the day and make a list of three people who have changed your life.
Go through the list one by one, telling each person aloud what you are grateful for and how it has specifically impacted your life journey.
4. Just before you go to bed tonight, hold your magic stone in one hand and say the magic words thank you for the best thing that happened today,
