Maximum asset health.
Virgil (70 BC - 19 BC)
romanian poet
Health is the most precious thing in life, but we can give our health as a gift. For many of us, when we think about our health, we lose sight of it. Then we are struck by the realization: we have nothing but our health.
There is an Italian proverb that tells many of us the truth about health: "He who is healthy is rich, even if he does not know." When we are healthy, we rarely think about our own health, you will feel the truth of this saying even when you have something like a cold or flu and you are in bed. When you are sick you want to feel better, the important thing is to recover your health.
Health is the blessing of life. This is what you take every day and keep getting. In addition to what we do to stay healthy, we should be thankful for our health so that we can be even healthier!
to remember:
Whoever is thankful (for health) will be given more, and there will be plenty, and whoever is not thankful, even what he has will be taken away.
You know people who chose a healthy lifestyle but lost their health. It is important to thank them for the health they receive . When you are grateful for your health, you will not only maintain your current health, but at the same time it will work miracles to increase the flow of your health. You will begin to see your health improve immediately. Small sores, moles, scars or marks will magically disappear and you will notice that your energy, vitality and happiness increase considerably.
As you will learn in the next exercise, by practicing gratitude for your health daily, you can improve your vision, hearing, and all of your senses, as well as all of your body's functions. And everything happens as if by magic!
"Gratitude is a vaccine, an antidote, and a disinfectant."
John-Henri Jouyet (1864-1923)
Presbyterian preacher and author
The degree to which you are grateful for your health is exactly the degree to which your health will magically improve, and the degree to which you are not grateful is exactly the degree to which your health will deteriorate. Living unhealthily means eroding your energy, vitality, immune system, mental clarity, and every other function of your body and mind.
Being grateful for your health ensures that you gain more health from being grateful, while at the same time relieving stress and tension in your body and mind. Scientific studies have shown that stress and tension are the main cause of many diseases. Studies have also shown that those who practice gratitude recover faster and are likely to live for more than seven years.
Now you can see in your own health how grateful you are. You should feel comfortable every day. If you feel heavy and feel like you're making a real effort to get ahead in life, or if you just don't feel younger than your age, your health is deteriorating. One of the main reasons for loss of vitality is a lack of gratitude. However, all of this will change because you will be using the magical power of gratitude for the health of your body!
Practicing magical health begins with reading the following paragraphs about the health of your body. After reading each diagonal line for a particular part of your body, close your eyes and mentally repeat the diagonal line, to feel the greatest gratitude for that part of your body. Remember that when you think about what you are grateful for, it will help you feel gratitude more deeply, and the deeper you feel it, the faster you will feel and notice amazing results in your body.
Think about your feet and legs; They are the main means of transportation in your life. Think of everything you use your legs for, like balancing, standing, sitting, exercising, dancing, climbing stairs, driving, and most of all, the wonders of walking. Your legs and senses allow you to walk around the house, go to the bathroom, go to the kitchen for a drink, and go to the car. Your legs and feet allow you to walk through the store, the street, the airport and the beach. The ability to walk gives us the freedom to enjoy life! Say thank you for my legs and feet and it really means.
Think about your arms and hands and how many things you lifted and carried in a day. Your hands are the most important tool in your life and you use them all day, every day. Your hand allows you to write, eat, use the phone or computer, take a shower, wear your clothes, use the bathroom, pick up and carry things, and do it yourself. By not using your hands, you will depend on other people to do things for you. Thanks for the pens, brushes and fingers!
Think about your wonderful feelings. When you eat and drink several times during the day, your sense of taste gives you a lot of pleasure. When you lose your appetite because of a cold or cough, you know that if you don't taste food or drink, the pleasure of eating and drinking is gone. Thank you for my great taste!
Your sense of smell allows you to feel the wonderful aromas of life: flowers, aromas, clean sheets, dinner while you cook, campfires on winter nights, wind on summer days, fresh grass and the aroma of the earth after the rain. Thank you for the wonderful experience of my perfume!
If you don't have a sense of touch, you'll never tell a cold from lukewarm, sharp to soft, or rough to soft. You can never feel something, express it physically, or find love. Feeling your touch allows you to touch your loved one with a silent embrace, and feeling the touch of a hand is one of the most precious things in life. Thank you for your precious touch!
Think about the miracle of your eyes, which allow you to see the faces of your loved ones and friends, read printed books, newspapers and emails, watch TV, see the beauty of nature and, above all, see your way. See life . Just keep your eyes closed for an hour and try to do what you normally do and your eyes will appreciate it. Thank you for my eyes that allow me to see everything!
Think about your ears as they allow you to hear your own voice and the voices of others so you can talk to people. Without your ear and hearing, you will not be able to use your phone, listen to music, listen to the radio, hear your loved ones, or hear any sounds from the outside world. Say thanks to my fans!
And it is impossible to use any of your senses without your brain processing more than a million messages per second through all of your senses! In fact, it is your brain that allows you to feel and experience life, and there is no computer technology in the world that can simulate this. Thank you for my beautiful mind and mind!
Think of the trillions of cells working non-stop, 24/7, just for the sake of your health, your body, and your life. Say thank you to your cell phone! Think about the organs that contain your life, that are constantly filtering, purifying and renewing everything in your body, and think about how they do all their work automatically without even thinking about it. Thank you device for a great job!
But the part of the heart is more amazing than any organ, organ, function or part of the body. Your heart controls the life of all the other organs, because it is your heart that gives life to all the systems of your body. Thank you for my strong and healthy heart!
Then take a piece of paper or cardboard and write it in capital letters:
The gift of health saves my life.
Take the card with you today and put it where you know you will see it regularly. If you work in an office, you can put it in front of you. If you are a driver, keep it in your car or truck where you can see it regularly. If you are at home most of the time, you can put it somewhere where you wash your hands or next to your phone. Choose a place where you know you will see written words regularly.
Today, on at least four separate occasions, when you see words being read very slowly, one word at a time, feel as thankful for the gift of health as possible.
Being grateful for your health is essential to maintaining your health, as well as ensuring that it continues to improve, increase strength, and motivate life. If gratitude is used in conjunction with traditional medicine, we will see a revolution in health, faster healing, and miracles that we have not seen before.
Magic Exercise #4
magical health
1 Repeat steps one through three of the magical exercises.
Number 1 - Count your blessings: Make a list of ten prayers. Write what you are grateful for. Reread your list, say thank you, thank you, thank you, and feel grateful for each one.
2 Write the words on a piece of paper or card:
The gift of health saves my life.
3 Put the sheet of paper with the words you wrote where you know you will see them regularly today.
4 At least four times, read the words very slowly and be thankful for the precious gift of health!
5 Before going to bed tonight, hold your magic stone in one hand and say the magic words, thank you for the best thing that can happen during the day.
