Research by Angela Duckworth, in collaboration with Martin Seligman and Seligman's book Florish, defines courage as perseverance and aspiration to long-term goals, and shows that courageous people have a higher IQ as a trait or have more chances of success than they. Those whose IQ is high. Just watch out for a high IQ. We must ensure that our children and youth have the opportunity to develop skills such as responsibility, confidence, perseverance, determination, optimism, adaptability, resilience, teamwork and self-control.
