We need to create a culture of excellence where we break down barriers and barriers to innovation in our schools, hospitals and caregivers, maintain our current standards, and limit our opportunities to turn these actions into results. We must try new things and networks, learn and build the real benefits of systems, and challenge inappropriate, secondary, and easily abusive systems and hierarchies.
